I apologize for the late posts but here is my first feature of a fall outfit I wore as the seasons began to change. Your day can never be too bad if it means you get to finally wear your new leather jacket. Keep that in mind.

Cheetahs in the Ears

I just realized most of the clothes I've worn so far this year are from clothes swaps. Rad. The reason for this outfit choice was solely based off the fact that I really wanted wear this necklace, and figured this outfit choice would seffice.

Sometimes you find the greatest pieces of clothing when you're not on the hunt for anything or happen to be looking in a clothing store just to kill time. This skirt and creepers are perfect examples to support this case. And how could you go wrong with a cashmere sweater in this magnificent colour?

So, if you have never spent a Saturday in Victoria searching for garage sales, make it a plan to do so. You may be just as lucky to find a sweater that is just as badass as this collectors edition of this reversible mickey sweater that i found for $5. The same goes for the shoes the summer before. If you want a bargain and are patient enough to search for cheap, good qualities, statement pieces, Victoria is the place to do it.

Hip to the Ster

Just in case you're unfamiliar with Victoria and it's mysterious ways, it has become quite popular here to wear slouchy toques, roll small cuffs in your pants, and wear oxfords and with those characteristics, you're labeled as a "hipster". Oh I forgot to add the trend of wearing glasses without lenses. I assure you I need mine to see, and it's a bonus that their shape goes with any outfit.  My intention on this outfit was not to follow the status quo, but to show off my new shirt, cardigan, shoes and scented metallic turquoise nail polish that I swooped up at the clothes swap my friend held. Good steals right?
